SAUCE “ITALIAN” FRUIT AND VEGETABLE

Ingredients: Prepared drinking water, tomato paste, white sugar, 9% spirit vinegar (food grade), iodized table salt (evaporated), dried crushed vegetables: onion, carrot, garlic, parsnip root; ground black pepper, dried greens: parsley, basil. Soluble solids content: not less than 20%.

Nutritional value per 100g of product (average values): Proteins – 2.0g; carbohydrates – 18.0g. Energy value (calories): 340 kJ / 80 kcal.

Shelf life from manufacturing date: 2 years. Storage conditions: Store at temperatures from 0 °C to 25 °C with relative humidity not exceeding 75%, in areas protected from direct sunlight. After opening, store the product at a temperature of 4 °C ± 2 °C for no more than 3 days.
